Refund policy

At BØUNÐŁESS, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because our products are jewelry items, all sales are final once an order has shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at boundless.jewelers@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color selected by the customer, or normal wear after use. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for any replacement or refund review.

BØUNÐŁESS is not responsible for items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
